# Whitelist

The whitelist is used to override both our global chargeback blacklist and your customer blacklist. New orders will be allowed for any of your customers on the Whitelist.

Go to **Admin** and select **Whitelist:**
* From here you can search your whitelist as well as add to it.
**Add to Whitelist:**
* You can add who you want whitelisted individually by clicking the **+ button**.
* When the **+ button** is selected, a dialogue box will pop up which will allow you to specify what you want whitelisted: **Phone #, Email, IP Address, Country/State, Address**.
* You can also whitelist individuals for a specific campaign by selecting a campaign from the **Campaign** dropdown.
