# Adding B2B to Campaigns

The Buisness to Business (B2B) option can be enabled within a campaign. When using B2B, no payment will process at the time of the sale and a Purchase Order will be sent with instructions to complete the payment. Shipments will enter a freeze status until payment is confirmed.

#### Adding B2B to a Campaign

Select **CRM → Campaigns** from the Navigation Side Bar Menu and edit the desired campaign.

In the General Details section under Billing Options, toggle **Accept B2B Orders.** Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Save**</mark> button.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Orders will be approved for shipment only after manually marked as B2B Paid on the order**
{% endhint %}

Products in a campaign with B2B enabled will require a Gateway account to be applied. Please review [this](/crm/crm-setup/campaign-setup/adding-a-product-to-a-campaign.md) article to learn how to add a product to a campaign.

Setup a **Purchase Order** autoresponder.  This is required to send a purchase order at the completion of B2B orders. Follow instructions here [**Auto-Responder Setup**](/crm/crm-setup/campaign-setup/auto-responder-setup.md)**.**&#x20;

Also see the [**B2B Guide**](/crm/fulfillment-section/b2b-guide.md) on how to mark purchase orders as Paid or Unpaid.

#### Checkout Champ Hosted Pages

B2B orders are enabled on Checkout Champ checkout pages by adding class **b2b-button** to a checkout button.

<figure><img src="https://3790748257-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FT43PzcNjyZtWby9yrGd3%2Fuploads%2FDz8XvtovBK6bf5bbOMmE%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=75682f9b-0024-4f3c-be02-e930bc3bb023" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Other requirements for B2B orders:

1. Remove card number inputs from the page. B2B orders do not involve credit cards.
2. Remove all other checkout options from the page, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. If you want to take immediate payment for an order then it is not B2B.
3. Set the button Action = Submit + Route
4. Have 1 set of address inputs on the page. It is unlikely that shipping and billing will be different.
5. It is allowed (but not required) to have a Quantity input on the page. Allow the buyer to enter a desired quantity. Choose Name = Quantity on the input when designing the page.
