Cash On Delivery option can be enabled within the campaign. When using Cash On Delivery, no payment will process at the time of sale. Instead the order is approved without payment and will send to the fulfillment house plugins automatically. The customer will provide cash to the delivery person upon delivery.
Adding the Cash Delivery Option to a Campaign.
Select CRM → Campaigns from the Navigation Side Bar Menu and edit the desired campaign.
In the General Details section under Billing Options, toggle Accept Cash on Delivery Orders then click the blue Update Button.
Products in a campaign with C.O.D. enabled still requires a Gateway account to be applied. Please review this article to learn how to add a product to a campaign.
