SurePay

This article will walk you through adding your SurePay gateway.

• Step 1 - Activate SurePay

• Step 2 - Add SurePay credentials

• Step 3 - Fill the rest of the gateway profile

• Step 4 - Test the newly added gateway

• Step 5 - Apply to live campaign offers

Step 1 - Activate SurePay

• Go to Merchants > Gateway Integrations and scroll down to SurePay.

• Click on the SurePay tile.

• Click on +Activate.

Step 2 - Add SurePay credentials

Now the Create New MID page will appear. Double-check that SurePay is selected in the gateway field and fill in the rest of the info on the gateway profile.

• UserName and Password - These will be the credentials of a user within SurePay. These must be refreshed every 90 days. It is recommended to use APIKey instead.

• APIKey - Obtained from your SurePay account.

• DeviceGuid - This is the DeviceGuid provided by SurePay

• alwaysCloseBatch - SurePay processes batch transactions at the end of the day. Use this option to close the batch after every transaction. This will result in an email to the SurePay admin user after every transaction.

Sales Voids will be disabled if alwaysCloseBatch is selected. Auths can still be voided.
