# ShipBob
**STEP 1**
Go to Checkout Champ **Admin** > **Plugins** > **Fulfillment House Listing**, Scroll down to **ShipBob** and click
**STEP 2**
Click the green **Activate** button to activate **ShipBob**
**STEP 3**
Enter **Title,** leave other fields blank
Click the green **Create** button to save and create the Fulfillment House
**STEP 4**
Then You will see ShipBob on the top of this page. Click the blue **Edit** button
**STEP 5**
You will see a link on the bottom. Click the link to complete authorization
**STEP 6**
Sign in on ShipBob site
**STEP 7**
Click “Yes. Allow” button to authorize CheckoutChamp accessing your data
Create a new channel using your CRM Company Name.
**STEP 8**
You will see something like this.
**STEP 9**
**channel\_id**, **refresh\_token** and **create\_time** will be obtained automatically after getting authorization.
You will see when you edit ShipBob Fulfillment House again.
**STEP 10**
Go to **CRM** > **Products**, Click the green Product button
**STEP 11**
Enter **Product Name**, **Product Description**, select **ShipBob** , enter ShipBob Product Sku, then click the green **Create Product** button

Pending status orders can be cancelled in the CRM and the CRM will cancel in Ship Bob.
