Zendrop

Login to CheckoutChamp CRM. Go to Admin → Plugins → Fulfillment House Listing and select the Zendrop tile. Press the + Activate button.

Setup

Enter a Title for identity

Enter clientId and clientSecret from your Zendrop account

Enter your Zendrop storeUrl. This must start with https://.

Enter a campaignId from your CheckoutChamp campaigns. Products synced from Zendrop will be placed in this campaign (see Option 2 below).

Leave the disabled fields empty

Optionally enter a Return Address for returns

Press Create

Edit the newly created fulfillment plugin

Click the blue hyperlink at the bottom to authenticate with Zendrop. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Sync Products From Zendrop

There are 2 options to sync a product from Zendrop. Repeat these steps for each product.

Option 1: Sync from CheckoutChamp

1. Login to Zendrop

2. Find the desired product. On the product detail page, copy the numeric id at the end of the url (12345 in this example)

   1. https://app.zendrop.com/product/12345

3. Create a product in CheckoutChamp

4. Assign Zendrop as the Fulfillment House (the plugin created at top of this article)

5. Paste the numeric id from Step 2 into the Client ID field

6. Save the product

7. After Save, there will be a Sync From Zendrop button in the top right

8. Press this button to sync the product and variant details from Zendrop

9. Go back to Zendrop to view the product in your Store Listing (My Products > Store Listing)

10. Additional notes

    1. This workflow does NOT create a campaign product

    2. This workflow syncs all variants from Zendrop

Option 2: Sync from Zendrop

1. Login to Zendrop

2. Find the desired product

3. On the product detail page, press Add To My Products

4. Go to the Variants tab and choose one or more variants

5. Press Publish to my store

6. After a short time the product will appear in your Store Listing (My Products > Store Listing)

7. Go to CheckoutChamp. The product will be both a base product and a campaign product.

   1. The product is assigned a category derived from the Zendrop collection

   2. The campaign product is created in the plugin campaign. If the plugin campaign is not defined then one is created and assigned to the plugin.
