# Affiliate Report

**This report is intended for you and your affiliates to see affiliate stats.** 

* *Select* **Reports >** then *click* on **Sales >** then *click* on **Affiliates.**
* *Enter* all information to find the information into the search criteria in the **Filters** section.
* *Click* the *green* **Go button.**

* **Start Date**: The start date of the report
* **End Date**: The end date of the report
* **Affiliate:** Only display results for specified affiliate(s)
  * The dropdown arrow next to Export CSV allows for downloads By Publisher and By SubAffiliate
* **Pub ID:** Only display results for the specified Pub ID (Also referred to as c1 or sourceValue1)
* **Campaign**: Limit by Campaign
* **Campaign Category**: Limit by Campaign Category
* **Include Clicks:** Will display clicks in data table and will be used for any relevant calculations

*Scroll* down the page to see the **Charts** section which will provide **affiliate count** by date.

Further down under the Charts section is the **Affiliate Performance** table which contains various affiliate statistics.

You can also view the report By Affiliate and Campaign:

**Note:** *You may need to scroll to the right on the table to view all the stats.*

* **Clicks:** The amount of clicks you got from that affiliate.
* **Cpc Comm:** This is the commission amount for any CPC.
* **Partials:** The amount of partials that were created through the affiliate.
* **Partial %:** The % of partials compared to sales from the affiliate.
* **Declines:** The number of declined orders from the affiliate. (Orders may have multiple transactions)
* **Decline %:** The % of declines compared to sales and partials from the affiliate.
* **Sales:** The amount of sales from the affiliate.
* **Sales %:** Sales divided by clicks.
* **Step 1 Comm:** The commission paid for your step 1 product.
* **Sales Rev:** The amount of revenue accumulated through the affiliate.
* **Upsells:** The amount of upsells sold through the affiliate.
* **Upsell %:** The % of upsells sold out of sales.
* **Upsell Rev:** The dollar amount accumulated.
* **Step 2 Comm:** The commission paid for your step 2 products.
* **Net:** The amount of money you made through the affiliate.
* **Avg Ticket:** The average total a customer spends through the affiliate.

You can export this data using the **Export CSV** button on the top right.

This report can be broken down to **Sub Affiliate and Publisher Id** by clicking on the green arrow next to the affiliate's name.

**Note:** Affiliate users will only be able to view data relating to their affiliate profile.\ <br>

#### Notice <a href="#notice" id="notice"></a>

* The **Affiliate Report** does not count campaigns that the affiliate is not a part of. The **Order Summary Report** and **Order Details Report** show all the orders linked to the affiliate to non-affiliate users.
* The **Affiliate Report** counts only orders as sales where the product type is offer (not upsale). If an order is sent in with an upsale type campaign product as the main offer (Import Order) then the offer displays in the **Order Details Report** but not the **Affiliate Report**.
* The **Affiliate Report** does not count test cards (except for clicks). The **Order Details Report** has an option to 'Exclude Test Cards'.
* The **Affiliate Report** only shows upsells from campaign products that have 'Show to Affiliates' checked. The **Order Summary Report** and **Order Details Report** show all orders with upsale products.
* The **Affiliate Report** does not count purchases that require Mastercard consent until consent is received. The **Order Details Report** shows all orders regardless of consent status.
* The **Affiliate Report** does not count orders that were reran manually when an initial transaction was declined.
* The **Affiliate Report** does not count orders that were completed manually from a partial order.
* The **Affiliate Report** does not count orders that were placed with a prepaid card unless Fire Pixels On Prepaid Cards option is checked in affiliate configuration.

**Note:** The information presented here is not yet comprehensive. If you notice a discrepancy in your reporting please contact your Account Manager or submit a ticket.
