From this section, you can choose the login method, enable additional authentication options, configure login lifetime, and decide whether to show a Remember Me option.
From the Customer Portal Builder, select Login from the left-side menu.
Use Login Method to choose how customers identify themselves when logging in.
Username
Customers log in using their username credentials.
Customers log in using their email-based login flow.
Select the method that matches how you want customers to access their portal account.
The Authentication Type section lets you enable additional login options for customers.
Turn on Two Factor Authentication to require customers to verify their identity using a supported authentication method.
Enabled
Customers must complete an additional verification step when logging in.
Disabled
Customers can log in without two-factor verification.
This option requires a supported authentication method, such as email or SMS. Make sure the authentication method is configured in the funnel campaign before enabling this option.
Turn on Login Link to let customers receive a secure login link instead of signing in with standard credentials.
Enabled
Customers can request a login link and use it to access the portal.
Disabled
Login link access is not available.
This is useful when you want to offer a simpler login experience, especially for customers who may not remember their password.
Use Login Lifetime (Hours) to control how long a customer can remain logged in before they need to sign in again.
Example:
This means the customer’s login session can remain active for 24 hours.
The value must be entered in hours.
Turn on Display Remember Me to show a Remember Me option on the login page.
Enabled
Customers can choose to stay signed in for easier future access.
Disabled
The Remember Me option is hidden from the login page.
Use this setting when you want to give customers more control over their login session.
