Orders

The Orders section lets you control how customer orders are displayed in the Customer Portal and which order-related actions customers can take.

From this section, you can choose the order display style, show or hide product images, allow customers to buy again, offer Subscribe & Save, and configure withdrawal button visibility.

Open the Orders Settings

From the Customer Portal Builder, select Orders from the left-side menu.


Show Orders

Use Show Orders to choose how orders appear to customers in the portal.

Option
What it does

Table

Displays orders in a table format. This is useful when you want customers to scan order details in rows and columns.

Card

Displays each order as a separate card. This gives customers a more visual, mobile-friendly experience.

Choose the display style that best matches the experience you want customers to have.


Settings

Display Product Images

Turn on Display Product Images to show product images with customer orders.

Setting
What it does

Enabled

Product images are shown with order details.

Disabled

Product images are hidden from the order display.

Product images can help customers quickly recognize previously purchased items.


Allow Buy Again

Turn on Allow Buy Again to let customers repurchase products from a previous order.

When enabled, customers will see a Buy Again option for eligible orders or products. This can make repeat purchases faster and easier.

Checkout Page to Navigate

Use Checkout page to navigate to choose which checkout page customers are sent to when they select Buy Again.

Available checkout pages appear in the dropdown list. You can use the search field to quickly find a checkout page.

When a customer selects Buy Again, they are directed to the selected checkout page to complete the purchase.


Allow Subscribe & Save

Turn on Allow Subscribe & Save to let customers start a subscription from eligible order products.

This is useful when you want customers to convert a one-time purchase into a recurring subscription.

Use Checkout page for Subscribe & Save to choose which checkout page customers are sent to when they select the Subscribe & Save option.

Available checkout pages appear in the dropdown list. You can use the search field to quickly find the correct checkout page.

When a customer selects Subscribe & Save, they are directed to the selected checkout page to complete the subscription purchase.


Withdrawal Contract

The Withdrawal Contract section controls whether a withdrawal button is displayed for customer orders.

Display Withdrawal Button

Use Display Withdrawal Button to choose which products should show the withdrawal option.

Option
What it does

None

Hides the withdrawal button from customer orders.

Shippable Products

Shows the withdrawal button only for products that require shipping.

All Products

Shows the withdrawal button for all products.

This setting can help support withdrawal or cancellation request workflows where required for your business or region.
