DNS Troubleshooting Guide

The following is a step-by-step guide to walk you through how to successfully add and configure a new domain into Checkout Champ.

Note: A client may come to you having already completed a few of these steps. Read through and find where they are in the process.

If this guide does not completely solve their issue, submit a ticket on their behalf noting all the processes followed to get to your point.

You can find the “Domain Details” by clicking the info icon next to your domain inside a funnel, OR inside the settings in the hamburger menu at the top right.

This is the “Domain Details” window. Here you can find the two sets of CNAME records, as well as the status of the domain and SSL certificate.

Inside a funnel, you can click the “Options” tab, then “History” to find the “Funnel History”

Specify a date range, and look for “Mapped domain _______________ to funnel” followed by “Funnel Published”

Inside the settings tab in the hamburger menu, scroll down to the domain section. Click the Health Status button with the stethoscope icon to see if the domain has been mapped. If it has not been mapped, the button will be red. You click this button to map the domain. Then allow up to 15 minutes for the changes to apply.
