Creating a Split Variation
A page can be created to perform a split variation. This can be used if you want to point your customers to different upsells.
To build this, modify your existing page by selecting the Settings icon on the page.

In the settings panel, select ‘Create split variation’.

There are 3 options
Create Duplicate Page - duplicate the current page
Choose A Template - choose any other page or one our our templates
Split to a page in another funnel - enter the Share Id of the other page. This will split directly to that page. The page must be in another funnel. The page can be a different domain than the current funnel.

After creating the split then use the page Settings to set the details

First, open the Split settings by clicking the gear icon.

Adjust the split settings:
Split Name: Assign a specific page slug for your split. Customers who navigate to this slug will be split amongst the configured pages.
Splits by Percentage supported on all splits.
Splits by Device only supported on A/B splits. Page A is for desktop and Page B is for mobile.
Checkout Page Name: Apply a unique name to each page to more easily interpret reporting.
Published Page Name: Assign a slug for each page within the split.
Configuring Routes
Once the split is set up you can begin adding your routes.
When configuring your routing arrows, a window will pop up asking which page of the split that you are intending an applying the route for.
Do not set a route for any split that is to a page in another funnel. That page will be routed to directly (without an arrow).

Be sure to route all of the pages within the split.
Declare a Winner Page
Once your split testing is complete you can declare a ‘Winner’ within the page’s settings by removing the losing page. To remove the losing page, simply click the “Remove” button.

You will be shown an alert window to confirm your selection.

Declaring a winner page will retain the winner within the funnel flow and will place a copy of the loser page within the funnel visualizer for you to either remove or make further edits to and repurpose.

Analytics/Reporting
Using the Analytics button within the funnel builder will display separate analytics for each page within the split.

Report filtering on the CRM side is page based. Using unique page names will make the reporting easier to discern.
