Enable Automatic Cancel on Refund and Void

In the top right corner, open your user menu and select Account:

Enable 'Automatically Cancel on Agent Void / Full Refund' under Company Information | Additional Options:

Auto-cancel will trigger Continuity and Fulfillment Cancellation any time a transaction is refunded or voided for a Purchase.
