Successfully add SMS and voice capabilities into your application without any telecommunications experience
Get Started
Start using the API within a couple minutes by completing the following steps:
Create an account or login if you already have an account.
Grab your Account SID and Token from the Dashboard.
Fund your account by clicking the “+ ADD FUNDS” button on the Dashboard or by going to Billing > Add funds.
Lastly, purchase a number(s) for your account. Learn how to view, purchase, and release numbers from the API by visiting the API Reference. You may also purchase numbers within your account by going to Numbers > Buy a number.
Once you have established an account with Ytel, go to CheckoutChamp CRM and select the Phone Switches option under Admin → Plug Ins → Phone Switches.
Select the Ytel tile and Activate.

Password
Server
These details will come from Ytel.
Once you have enabled the Ytel plug in, you can specify to route specific campaigns or users to this Phone Switch.
Campaign Routing:
Advanced Setup – Campaign / User Routing
In order to accurately identify Ytel campaigns, you will need to map them to their corresponding campaign list.
First, click the “Advanced Setup” link under the plugin information box: Once you are in the Advanced Setup page, click on "Campaign Routing"
Use the select box to pick the CheckoutChamp Campaign to map, then enter the corresponding campaignId in Ytelin the input box. Finally, select whether this is an inbound / outbound campaign and click "Create".
User Routing:
Once you have configured Campaign Routing, you should now create your User Routes.
Within the Ytel Advanced Setup Page, select the plus sign near User Routes to create a new User Route
You can add a User Route to YTel by selecting the green plus button above User Routing.
Specify which CheckoutChamp User you would like routed to Ytel along with their corresponding Ytel username. This is established with Ytel and you will find further details by contacting Ytel support,.
