SMTP Accounts send transactional emails to your customers. These trigger-based emails include Order Confirmation, Fulfillment Shipped, PreBilling, and many others.

To connect your SMTP account, go to SMTP Accounts in your funnels Settings and click Add New Account.
Fill out the connection information as provided by your SMTP service provider. Be sure to click Save. It is recommended to send a test message to confirm the connection.

Once the SMTP is connected, navigate to your campaign on the CRM side of your account to configure the emails that get sent to your customers.
